The Automatic Belt Grinder BKK is designed for grinding and rounding of vertical welded seams on boxes, safes, hoods, trays and frames. The BKK can prepare ready to use surfaces and a high accuracy in dimensions.

Advantages of the Belt Grinding Machine Type BKK:
The BKK ½ with only one grinding unit is very flexible in use and can prepare always one side of the part. Tolerances and different part sizes are easily to fit
Grinding unit with a height sensor (for workpiece height). This allows a reduced programming work
Part handling with simple conveyor systems and roller tables for easy handling of all parts
Magnetic or pneumatic clamping/fixing device for rigid and safe positioning of workpieces
By using 2 or 4 grinding units more corners can be grinded at the same time. This requires a low tolerance and high repeatability of workpieces
By using the state of the art grinding belts (CubitronII) a long lifetime rate with constant quality can be reached
Due to the rigid and stiff table surface and stop-units the worlkpieces can easily and repeatable positioned. The downtime for setup will be reduced to a minimum
